Qualifications!

As a parent, Jim wants the best possible education for his children and he understands that other parents share the same high expectations of the Forsyth County school leadership.

As Forsyth county continues to grow at record pace, it is even more important that the members of the Board of Education understand the community's unique issues, work effectively with it's peers and maintain a "razor sharp focus" to reach the county's goals. Forsyth County has a great school system, and while the goals of yesterday have been met, the goals of tomorrow remain a significant challenge. Jim believes the responsibility of preparing our children for the future is of monumental importance and is committed to contributing to its continued success

Jim is the most qualified candidate because of his practical ideas that extend beyond the regular zoning and fiscal business of the board; Jim is 100% focused on enhancing the lives of our children. Jim, having three children of his own, shares the desires of parents to provide the best possible educational experience for the children of Forsyth County. The following are some other areas of qualification that make Jim the ideal candidate for Board of Education in District 3.

Jim's business experience of managing budgets, setting and realizing goals, and rallying support of peers, qualifies him to drive the business of the Board
Jim was raised in one of the best school districts in Georgia, and that qualifies him to understand where we need to go.
Jim, like the majority of the Forsyth county residents, is a non-native (transplant, if you will). This allows him to relate to the demanding expectations the other non-natives have placed on their children's education.
Jim is constantly involved in the community. He is a member of Leadership Forsyth, Board of Director for the Forsyth County Community Connection and participates in the Forsyth County Schools mentor program.

We hope that you feel as strong about the future of our children as Jim does. Please help
by supporting his Campaign with time, money, involvement, and your vote on this November 5th.
